Shipping:

(Q)How long will it take my order to be shipped?

    (A)If the items you ordered are in stock it will most likely be processed and shipped out within the next 48 hours. You will be alerted if an item is temporarily out of stock or if any other delay will occur immediately. Your orders will be via UPS ground mail and it will take 5-8 business days (Excluding Holidays) to be received unless you select otherwise for express mail.

(Q)Can I have orders shipped to a different address than my billing address?

  (A)Yes. We also offer the address book feature for all of our registered customers.

(Q)Can I get shipment to military or P.O. box addresses?

  (A)Yes, we do ship to P.O. BOX & military addresses. But unfortunately we don't offer "express" shipping to P.O. BOX & military addresses

(Q)Do you offer free shipping?

  (A)We will offer free shipping during special periods for a limited amount of time.

(Q)Will I get a tracking number for my order?

  (A)Yes.

(Q)What are backorders?

  (A)Backorder is when merchandise is temporarily unavailable because it has not been delivered to the distribution center, sold out or is being re-ordered. The expected shipping date for backorders will be informed to you during check out. We try our best to stay accurate about our estimated dates but please know that sometimes it can be a little delayed than expected due to rare circumstances.

Returns:


• Returns are accepted within 21 days of invoice generated date with tickets attached and merchandise unworn in new condition.
• Purchases made online can be returned by mail for a full refund if they meet the above criteria.
• To return an online purchase by mail, you must contact customer service to obtain a return authorization number.
• All lingerie (intimates), swimwear, jewelry, Halloween costumes and clearance purchases are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Please Note: Foxy Lady is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Online Purchases Returned By Mail
• Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise with tags attached and with original receipt are accepted within 21 days of the invoice generated date.
• Refunds will be issued in the original method of payment.
• All lingerie (intimates), swimwear, jewelry, Halloween costumes and clearance purchases are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
• Items returned without a return authorization number or outside return policy guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded.
• Foxy Lady reserves the right to limit the number of returns.

To return your online purchase, please follow these steps:
• Call 1-877-499-FOXY (1-877-499-3699) or email us at Returns@foxyladyny.com to obtain a return authorization number. • Complete the return form emailed to you and enclose it with your returned merchandise.
• Help us improve service and quality by noting your reason for return.
• Ship your merchandise via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. We strongly recommend that you insure the merchandise.
• We are only able to issue a refund on merchandise received at our fulfillment center.
